オンライン面会において視聴覚刺激が気分に及ぼす効果 Audio-visual stimulation effects of online meetings on older adults’ mood 吉原, 直樹 ヨシハラ, ナオキ 富樫, 誠二 トガシ, セイジ 山口, 扶弥 ヤマグチ, フミ 加藤, みわ子 カトウ, ミワコ YOSHIHARA, Naoki TOGASHI, Seiji YAMAGUCHI, Fumi KATO, Miwako open access （C）広島都市学園大学 369.26 オンライン面会 視聴覚刺激 気分 面会制限 高齢者 online meetings audio-visual stimulation mood visitation restrictions older adults application/pdf 高齢者入所施設の利用者にとっては、親しい人との面会が楽しみの一つとなっている。しかし、新型コロナウイルス感染症の影響により、社会福祉施設では面会制限が行われ、施設利用者の心身機能が低下しているとの報告もある。近年では、IT機器を用いたオンラインでの面会が普及してきている。本研究ではオンライン面会に着目して、視聴覚刺激の効果について実験的に検討した。具体的には、オンライン面会を想定した場面を設定し、音声と映像の刺激を用いて気分とストレスを測定した。実験には、成人20名（男性5名、女性15名。平均年齢21.0±0.6歳）が参加した。統計的解析は映像要因（あり・なし）と実験要因（前・後）の二要因参加者内分散分析を行った。実験の結果、映像の有無に関わらず、ストレスが低減することが示された。さらに、映像が加わることによって、相手に対して肯定的な気分となり、情報への理解や相手への関心が高まるという結果が得られた。 Meeting loved ones is one favorite pastime of older adults living in residential facilities. However, they have recently been unable to meet their loved ones due to the risk of serious infectious diseases, including COVID-19. As a result, older adults' physical and mental functions have deteriorated. Recently, online meetings using IT equipment have increased. This study focused on online visitations using IT and experimentally investigated the audio-visual stimulation effects of loved ones’ online visitations. Adults (N =20, 5 men and 15 women, mean age 21.0 ± 0.6 years) participated in a laboratory-based online meeting experiment. We assessed the participants’ mood and stress before and after the meeting. A two-factor within participants analysis of variance on Video (with and without video) and Time (before and after the meeting) indicated that the online meeting reduced stress.
