          <datacite:description descriptionType="Abstract">本研究の目的は，2017年にノルウェー研究視察で入手した学校教育に係る資料『基本原則－基礎教育の理念と方針』及び『小学校教員養成大学カリキュラム』について，共生・多様性の視点から内容を検討することにある。２つの資料のうち，ノルウェーの小学校から高校で適用されている『基本原則－基礎教育の理念と方針』は，日本における学習指導要領の性質をもったものであることが推察される。その内容からは，教育の土台に人権思想，多様性への理解があることが確認できた。加えて，ノルウェーが協働，対話，傾聴の機会をあらゆる場面に設定するなかで，違いを受け入れ，それを理解できる人を育成しようとしていることも捉えることができた。さらに，『小学校教員養成大学カリキュラム』では，大学教育の全科目にジェンダー，平等，多様性の視点が底流していること，また，学生の専門性を高めるために，多様性理解のための教育が継続的・長期的に行われていることが確認できた。</datacite:description>
          <datacite:description descriptionType="Abstract">The purpose of this study was to examine from a viewpoint of coexistence and diversity the contents of the following materials concerned with school education, which were obtained while visiting Norway in 2017: The Basic Principles - The Ideas and Policies of Fundamental Education and The University Curriculum to Train Elementary School Teachers.Among the two materials, The Basic Principles - the Ideas and Policies of Fundamental Education applied from elementary school through high school in Norway seemed to have similar characteristics to Japanese Courses of Study. Its contents present that Norwegian education is based on the understanding to the concept of human rights and diversity. They also show that Norway actively tries to nurture people to accept and understand the differences among them by providing them in every situation the opportunities to cooperate with, to talk with and to listen to others.Furthermore, The University Curriculum to Train Elementary School Teachers revealed that viewpoints of gender, equality and diversity underlie every subject of the university education and that the continuous and long-term education aiming to understand diversity has been given to students to enhance their expertize.</datacite:description>
