Its contents present that Norwegian education is based on the understanding to the concept of human rights and diversity. They also show that Norway actively tries to nurture people to accept and understand the differences among them by providing them in every situation the opportunities to cooperate with, to talk with and to listen to others.Furthermore, The University Curriculum to Train Elementary School Teachers revealed that viewpoints of gender, equality and diversity underlie every subject of the university education and that the continuous and long-term education aiming to understand diversity has been given to students to enhance their
