た，AAC手段導入の経過を通して，①AAC手段導入の発達的に適した時期はいつ頃なのか， ②指導場所や保護者の参加は指導内容の般化にどのように影響するのか，③幼児期の早期 介入は，その後の学校生活や生活場面にどのように影響をするのかを検討した。なお，対 象としたのは，幼児１名と特別支援学校高等部生徒１名の２事例である。その結果，①に ついては，新版Ｋ式発達検査の認知・適応領域の発達が１歳10ヶ月でマッチングが可能と なることとの関係が示唆された。また，②については，保護者への指導は，日常空間であ る家庭へのAAC手段導入の抵抗を軽減し，活用場面の拡大にもつながるであろうと考え られた。また，③については，幼児期にAAC手段を導入することが，その後の対人関係
