【目的】看護師のストレッチャー移送の実態を明らかにし，移送中の問題事象発生に影響する要因を検討する。【方法】看護師を対象に，インターネットを利用したオンライン調査を実施した。質問項目は基本属性と移送方法，移送時の問題事象等の28項目とした。【結果】1,049名の回答を得た。 501床以上の病院で１人移送が有意に多かった。約６割の看護師がストレッチャー移送中に問題事象を感じ，さらに，約４割の看護師がストレッチャー移送中の問題事象を経験していた。問題事象は１人移送で有意に多く，２人移送で有意に少なかった。具体的な問題事象は，「蛇行した／蛇行しそうになった」が23％，「壁にぶつかった／ぶつかりそうになった」が44%，「転落させた／転落させそうになった」が４%であった。【結論】ストレッチャー移送中の問題事象は看護師の移送介助者人数が関与していた。移送介助者の人数は２人が望ましいとの示唆を得た。 |

【Objectives】This study aimed to identify the conditions of stretcher transport by nurses, and examine factors affecting experienced problems during the transport.【 Methods】Web-based survey was conducted with nurses in Japan. The survey included 28 items about demographics, stretcher transport methods, and experiences of problems during transport.【 Results】Responses from 1,049 nurses from 47prefectures were collected. One-nurse transports were significantly more common in hospitals with 501 or more beds. Approximately 60% of the nurses noticed problematic events during stretcher transport,and approximately 40% of the nurses experienced such events. Problematic events occurred more frequently during one-nurse transports and were significantly less frequent with two-nurse transports.Reported events included “meandering/nearly meandering” (23%), “hitting/nearly hitting a wall” (44%),and “dropping/nearly dropping” (4%). 【Conclusions】problems during stretcher transport, were associated with the number of transport-assisting nurses. The results suggest that having two transportassisting nurses is desirable to prevent problematic events from occurring during transfer. |
