思春期・青年期に心理社会面の問題を引き起こす疾患の一つとして摂食障害がある。大学生に好発する摂食障害だが，発症前にその症状について調査することは摂食障害および学生の精神的健康を理解する上で重要である。そのため，本研究では医療系女子大学生を対象に摂食障害の症状を捉える尺度および抑うつや強迫傾向，自閉スペクトラム特性，身体不満度の症状評価尺度に加え，摂食障害でスコア低下が報告されている他者の感情を推察する社会認知課題を実施した。相関分析の結果から，摂食障害発症前にも抑うつや強迫傾向，身体不満の高さが認められ，大学生を対象に各疾患特性を把握する症状評価尺度を用いて調査することは学生の精神的健康を捉えるために重要であることが示された。一方で，摂食障害の症状評価尺度高群と低群で社会認知課題正答率に違いは認められなかった。今後，更なる調査が必要である。 |

Eating disorders are among the disorders caused by psychosocial problems during adolescence and young adulthood. Eating disorders frequently affect female college students, and it is important to investigate their symptoms to recognize symptoms as early as possible to understand eating disorders and students’ mental health. Therefore, in the present study, female college students were administered the Eating Attitudes Test and the Bulimic Inventory Test, Edinburgh that captures symptoms of eating disorders and the Kessler psychological distress scale symptom ratings of depression, the Maudsley Obsessional Compulsive Inventory that investigates obsessive-compulsive tendencies, the Social Responsiveness Scale, Second Edition to measure autistic spectrum traits, and Body Image Assessment to figure out body dissatisfaction, as well as a social cognition of emotions of others, for which reduced scores have been reported in eating disorders. The results of the correlation analysis indicated that depression, obsessive-compulsive tendencies, and high body dissatisfaction were found even before the onset of eating disorders, indicating that it is possible to investigate college students using symptom rating scales that capture each disorder characteristic to assess students’ mental health. On the other hand,there was no difference in the percentage of correct responses to social cognitive tasks between the high and low groups on the Eating Disorder Symptom Rating Scale. Further investigation is needed in the future. |
