| 内容記述 | 本報告では，広島都市学園大学看護学科学生による地域防災・減災のための健康教育活動の取り組みについて報告する。これまで，学生が主体となり地域住民を対象に災害時の健康被害を減らすことを目的とした教育活動を企画・実施した。2024年から始まったこの活動では，熱中症予防対策や筋力アップトレーニングなどの健康教育を地域で開催している。また対象は成人・高齢者だけではなく，幼児を対象とし，紙芝居等を用いた体験型防災健康教育を保育施設で実践している。いずれの活動も参加者の理解や関心を高めたことが示唆され，地域から高い評価や更なる実施への提案を得ることができた。また，広島県地域活動発表会への参加を通じて，学生の防災に関する知見と地域貢献意識の向上が見られた。これらの活動は，地域住民の防災意識を高めるとともに，参加した学生にとっても貴重な学習の機会となった。今後は他機関との連携をさらに広げ，より多くの地域・世代に向けた防災健康教育を継続・発展させていきたい。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | This report describes the community-based health education activities undertaken by nursing students at Hiroshima Cosmopolitan University aimed at disaster preparedness and mitigation. To date, the students have taken the lead in planning and implementing educational initiatives for local residents with the goal of minimizing health impacts during disasters. Launched in 2024, these activities include health education sessions in the community on topics such as heatstroke prevention and musclestrengthening exercises. Moreover, the target audience has not been limited to adults and older adults. At childcare facilities, the students have implemented experiential disaster health education programs for young children using kamishibai (a traditional Japanese picture-story show) and other interactive methods. All of these activities appear to have enhanced participants’ understanding and interest. They have received high praise and suggestions for further implementation from the local community.Furthermore, through participation in the Hiroshima Prefecture Community Activity Presentation Forum,the students’ knowledge of disaster preparedness and their sense of community engagement were also observed to have increased. These activities have not only raised disaster preparedness awareness among community members but also provided participating students with valuable learning opportunities. Moving forward, efforts will focus on expanding collaboration with other organizations and continuing to develop disaster health education for a broader range of communities and age groups. | |||||||||||
