Consent was obtained, within H prefecture. New nurses working in public hospitals with more than 200 beds were surveyed one year and one year and three months later using the Bidimensional Resilience Scale:BRS and role-acceptance scale. As a result, new nurses There was no difference in the resilience of nurses in the second year. The bidimensional resilience scale was high in the group who did not want to quit in the second time.
