We examined nursing students of a university to clarify factors influencing their self-evaluation during specialized and comprehensive clinical training. Among the≪influence factors≫, neither the ≪sex≫ nor ≪determination of a theme≫ influenced ≪self-evaluation≫. In contrast, 「autonomy」, 「knowledge and skills」, 「patients allocated」, 「sharing of learning outcomes」, and 「faculty member in charge」 were moderately (r=0.410 to 0.534 and p<0.01 in all cases), and 「clinical training supervisors」 was weakly correlated with ≪selfevaluation≫. The results indicate that effective approaches to 3 factors: 「autonomy」, 「knowledge and skills」, and「previous learning」, may improve 3 areas of ≪self-evaluation≫with mean scores lower than 4.
