This is due to a lack of ability in building relationships with society as well as the instability of the disease and a deterioration of daily living functions. In this study, we examined the relationship between schizophrenic people living in the community and society, the relationships between QOL and self-efficacy. There was a significant correlation between social relationships and self - efficacy. It is thought that strengthening relationships within society will lead to a raise in the sense of self-efficacy. Although there was no relationship between social relationships and subjective quality of life, relationships between selfefficacy and QOL were observed, so by improving relationships within society and raising the sense of self-efficacy, it seems that there will be an improvement of QOL. Regional support for mentally disabled people can be said to be necessary to expand social networks by supporting the social life of each person and improve social skills.
