{"created":"2023-07-25T10:40:29.983974+00:00","id":88,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"6d302b25-584b-4b1d-b047-61cbd32ef833"},"_deposit":{"created_by":2,"id":"88","owners":[2],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"88"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:hcu.repo.nii.ac.jp:00000088","sets":["36:37:44"]},"author_link":["302","416","413","417","420","414","418"],"control_number":"88","item_10001_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2016-05-01","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"1","bibliographicPageEnd":"26","bibliographicPageStart":"17","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"2","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"広島都市学園大学雑誌 : 健康科学と人間形成"},{"bibliographic_title":"Journal of Hiroshima Cosmopolitan University : Health Sciences and Human Formation","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10001_description_19":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10001_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究は，成人看護学実習前・後のストレス感情と不安状態の実態についての調査結果から，臨地実習に臨む看護学生に対する指導上の示唆を得ることを目的とした。Ａ大学看護学科で成人看護学実習を受ける３年次生全員（107 名）のうち，同意が得られ有効回答が得られた 84 名（女 64 名，男 20 名）を研究対象とした。調査内容は，ストレス感情評価は鹿大版 CSQ17 項目と実習ストレッサー 14 項目，不安状態調査は STAI を用いた。ストレス感情（CSQ 得点）の比較では，実習前は脅威の感情，挑戦の感情，有害の感情の順に高かったが，実習後は脅威の感情のみ有意に軽減した（p=0.003）。不安状態（STAI）の比較では，状態不安は実習前 61.0 ± 9.22，後 47.6 ± 12.35 で実習後に明らかに低下し（p＜0.001），特性不安は実習前・後で有意差は認めなかった。ストレス感情と不安状態の相関ではストレス感情と状態不安で強い正の相関がみられた（rs=0.587，p＜0.001）。今の気持ちの内，実習前で最も多かった項目は「申し送り，報告ができない」16 名，実習後は「実習は身体が疲れる」24 名であった。これらの結果から，成人看護学実習は急性期や周手術期，終末期などの医療現場で看護実践を提供するため，ストレス感情や不安状態を示す得点が高くなっていた。そのため，臨地実習前からの基礎的知識の向上や技術演習等を充実することが重要であることが示唆された。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"The present study aimed to obtain an insight into providing necessary instructions for nursing students participating in clinical training, by investigating their stressful feelings and anxiety before and after adult nursing training.Methods: Of the third-year students receiving adult nursing training from the school of nursing of one university, 84 students (64 females and 20 males) who had provided consent and effective answers participated as subjects in the present study. To assess the subjects’ stressful feelings, we used 17 items of the Kagoshima University version of the CSQ, and 14 items of the Training Stressor Scale. To assess the subjects’ anxiety, the STAI was used.Results: A comparison of stressful emotions (CSQ score) revealed that, before the training, the score for the feeling of fear was the highest, followed by the scores for the feelings of challenges and harm; however, after the training, only the score for the feeling of fear significantly decreased (p=0.003). A comparison of anxiety (STAI score) revealed that, the score for state anxiety decreased from 61.0±9.22 points before the training to 47.6±12.35 points after the training (p<0.001). No significant difference was noted in the score for trait anxiety before and after the training. A strongly positive correlation existed between stressful feelings and state anxiety (rs=0.587, p<0.001). In response to a question asking about the subjects’current feelings,“Being unable to make necessary reports and/or hand over necessary information to their counterpart” was the most common answer (n=17) before the training, and “Tired of having to participate in training” was most commonly reported (n=24) after the training.Conclusion: Subjects showed high scores for stressful feelings and anxiety due to their nursing practice in various medical settings (e.g., acute-phase, perioperative, and terminal settings) during adult nursing training. The study results suggest that it is important to develop nursing students’ basic knowledge, and provide seminars aimed at improving their skills from before clinical
