We selected 5 users who actually received occupational therapy for different types of dementia at H center, assessed their conditions, daily life, use of services, and their changes, and investigated challenges based on these cases. The disease types included Lewy body dementia (1 person) and Alzheimer’s dementia (3).A case o which did the family support was indicated. Correspondence by day care to its life situation was reported and a problem of the family support was considered.
