本稿は筆者らが参画する「創発的協働研修」（「あいまーる」）の取り組みを紹介すると共に，自主シンポジウムの報告と「あいまーる」の課題と展望を述べることを目的としている。「創発的協働研修」とは形成的介入研究をその方法論とし，研究者と保育者が組織や立場を超えて協働することによって新たな活動形態の創発をめざす研修のことである。我々は「創発的協働研修」である「あいまーる」を２回実施し，各園の保育記録に関する取り組みを紹介し合い，個人が抱える課題を検討してきた。自主シンポジウムでは「あいまーる」によって生まれた各園の新たな葛藤を開示し，「あいまーる」において拡張的学習を実現したいという展望を描いた。これまでのところ課題の共有にとどまり，集団的主体としてのエージェンシーは現れていないと考えられる。今後は保育記録に関する矛盾や葛藤を掘り起こし，参加者共通の問題として探究し，拡張的学習を行なっていきたいと考えている。 |

This paper aims to elucidate the ongoing efforts of the “Collaborative Intervention in Nursery Teacher Development Program” (“I-maru”) by describing an independent I-maru ymposium and highlighting the issues and prospects of I-maru. The Collaborative Intervention in Nursery Teacher Development Program aims to use formative intervention research to create new activities for researchers and nursery teacher professionals to collaborate across organizations and positions. We conducted two I-maru sessions, where we introduced each nursery school’s approach to chiltedcare records and discussed the problems individual nursery teachers face. In the symposium, we discussed the new conflicts created by I-maru in each nursery school and envisaged ways to realize expansive learning in future I-maru sessions. At present, it is thought that the issues are only shared, and agency as a collective subject has not yet been developed. In the future, we would like to uncover any contradictions and conflicts related to childcare records, explore them as issues common to all participants, and conduct extended learning. |
