| 内容記述 | 特別支援教育をはじめ，発達障害やグレイゾーンと呼ばれる子どもへの支援は様々な対応や手法などが紹介され，子どもの行動の特徴や対応も周知されてきているように感じる。しかし，現場の指導者やセラピストが目の前の子どもの行動に対して，改善できたという体験は非常に少ないとも感じる。今回，特別支援学校在学中の 17 歳の生徒に対し，既存の合理的配慮とは異なる解釈で合理的配慮を行い，攻撃行為が消失した。また，攻撃行為と同じ位問題となっていた日常生活動作の依存性が改善し，さらに，本生徒に対人交流の機会が増えるという変化が見られたため，ここに報告する。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Various methods and measures, including special education, have been introduced to support children with developmental disabilities or those who may be categorized in the “gray zone”. As such, we are in the process of learning the characteristics of children’s behavior and appropriate measures to address them. However, there are very few reports of direct experiences in which on-site supervisors and therapists in the field have subjectively been able to recognize the improvement in the behavior of children. We report on a 17-year-old student enrolled in a special education school whose behaviors improved after providing support based on a different interpretation of conventional reasonable accommodations. | |||||
