| 内容記述 | 2012年に児童福祉法が改正され，障害児通所支援事業参入の規制緩和が行われた。その結果， 2014年までの２年間で障害児通所支援事業所数は増加の一途を辿る。そこで，通所支援事業 所の支援体制の現状と課題を把握し，作業療法士の今後の関わり方を検討する目的で障害児通 所支援事業所の管理者を対象に調査を実施した。 障害児通所支援事業で勤務する職種は，保育士や介護福祉士などが大半を占め，医療職は 26.7%と少ないことが分かった。事業所の課題として，療育の質の担保，経済的な問題を挙げ る施設が多かった。さらにサービスの質の向上のために，38.0％の施設で医療職の活躍を望ん でいるが，人材確保・経済的な問題により雇用することが難しい現状があることも分かった。 経済的理由で専門職を雇用しにくい現状を改善するために，専門職が介入した場合の具体的な 加算等が望まれる。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | In response to the revision of the Child Welfare Act in 2012, the Japanese government eased regulations on the establishment of day care centers for the disabled. As a result, there was an increase in the number of these centers for the two years until 2014. A survey involving the managers of these centers was conducted to examine the status of existing systems to support the centers and related problems as well as the involvement of occupational therapists in the near future. The majority of professionals working in those centers were children’s nurses and nursing care workers, and the rate of health care professionals was low (26.7%). The securement of the quality of care and economic problems were cited as issues to be addressed by many facilities. Although 38% of the facilities hoped for the active involvement of health care professionals to further improve the quality of care services, they stated that it is difficult to recruit medical specialists due to a shortage of those professionals and financial reasons. Since it is difficult to recruit health care professionals for economic reasons at present, specific reimbursement plans should be developed to promote their involvement. | |||||
