| 内容記述 | 理学療法士養成校の教育課程では，年次が経過するに従い，学習内容に対する学習姿勢の変化，即ち能動的学修と理解中心の学習姿勢への意識変容と実践が求められている。その際，学生主体の学習方法への発展的変容とそれを促進するような教員による学習支援の実践が必須となる。そこで，本論では養成校の現状を踏まえた上で教育心理学的要素を基盤とした学習支援の在り方について考察した。結論として，養成校での理学療法士の学習支援においては，これらの能力を育む基礎として，学生が「社会貢献できる理学療法士となる」ということを念頭に置きながら，教員は学生の成長可能性を信じ，その将来像の具現化を目標とした指導・支援に取り組むためには，学習支援に関する不可欠な前提条件としての「学習動機づけ」，「学習方法」，「自己効力感」それぞれと，各々の関連性への認識をより高めていかなければならない。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | In the educational curriculum of physiotherapists training schools, changes in students’ attitudes toward learning, that is, changes in positive attitude toward active learning and understanding, as well as practice of education focused on such aspects, are required (as their grade advances). For the achievement of student-based learning, it is essential for teachers to encourage students to develop (or establish) a self-directed style of learning. The present study discussed how to support learning, based on the findings of educational psychology and the present situation of training schools. As a conclusion, in order to give an incentive for student-based learning, teachers of training schools should believe in students’ potentials for growth and help them realize their future image, while keeping in mind that students can contribute to society as a physiotherapist. Specifically teachers need to improve their awareness of following three aspects of education and the relationship among them: learning motivation, establishment of leaning methods, and self-efficacy all of which are essential requirements for learning support. | |||||
