| 内容記述 | 平成 24 年度の介護報酬改定において，通所リハビリテーション（以下，通所リハ）に関しては，リハビリテーションマネジメント加算の算定において，アセスメント過程における訪問の重要性が明記された。介護保険制度のもと，作業療法士が通所リハ利用者（以下，利用者）の生活行為を高めるためのマネジメント（生活行為向上マネジメント）を用いた場合の効果について調査を行った。その結果，①自宅訪問の必要性，特に初回訪問の重要性が明らかになった。②他職種との同行訪問実施により，他職種の専門技術向上に貢献できていた。作業療法士は生活行為向上マネジメントを実践することで「各職種の役割分担が明確になった」と回答し，協業のきっかけとなることがわかった。利用者はマネジメント過程に参加することから，利用者が通所リハにおけるリハビリテーションメニューに関して，生活にどのように関連するのかを理解しやすいものであると考えられた。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The revision of nursing care compensation in 2012 specified the importance of home visits in the process of assessment when calculating charges to be added for rehabilitation management for ambulatory rehabilitation. We surveyed the benefits of management performed by an occupational therapist for the purpose of improving daily life-related behaviors of ambulatory rehabilitation users under the current nursing-care insurance system (i.e., Management Tool for Daily Life Performance: MTDLP). This survey revealed the need for home visits, especially the initial visit, and that visiting together with staff of different specialties contributed to the collective improvement of professional skills. The roles played by staff of different specialties could be clarified by employing the Management Tool for Daily Life Performance, indicating that this promotes opportunities to work together. Since users are themselves involved in the process of management, they may more easily understand how a series of services provided as ambulatory rehabilitation relate to their daily life. | |||||
