| 内容記述 | 理学療法士と作業療法士の教育において，卒業後の就業継続は重要な目標である。近年，就 業継続に対する育児および介護の影響が懸念されている。晩婚化により育児と介護の二つのケ アを行う人もいる。これをダブルケアという。そこで，日本において行われてきた育児および 介護と就業のための施策と，これまでの研究を振り返ることにより，今後の研究課題を探った。 その結果，労働環境の整備とともに育児および介護に関する施策も行われている。理学療法士 の就業と育児および介護に関する研究はあるが，作業療法士の就業と育児および介護に関する 研究は少なく，理学療法士および作業療法士とダブルケアに関する研究はみうけられなかった。 今後はこれらの研究が必要である。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Continuing employment after graduation in the education of physical therapists and occupational therapist is an important goal. In recent years, there is a concern about the effects of childcare and elderly care on continuing employment. Some people engage in dual care for children and elderly due to late marriage. This is called double care. Therefore, I explored topics for future research by reflecting on the measures for childcare/elderly care and employment in Japan and the previous studies. As a result, it was found that measures related to childcare and elderly care are being carried out along with improvement in the working environment. Although there is research on the employment of physical therapists and childcare/elderly care, there have been few studies on occupational therapists’ employment, childcare, and elderly care, those on physical therapists/occupational therapist and double care were not found. From now on, these studies are necessary. | |||||
