| 内容記述 | 統合失調症者は，長期入院や再入院が多く，その背景として，病状の不安定さ，日常生活機 能の低下とともに，社会との関係を築く能力の低下が指摘されている。本研究では，地域で生 活する統合失調症者の社会との関係とQOLおよび自己効力感との関連を検討した。結果，社 会との関係と自己効力感との間に有意な相関がみられた。また，社会との関係を強化していく ことは，自己効力感を高めることにも繋がると考えられる。社会との関係と主観的QOLには 関連がみられなかったものの，自己効力感とQOLには関連がみられたことから，社会との関 係を向上させ，自己効力感を高めることにより，QOLの向上に繋がっていくと思われた。精 神障害者の地域支援では，一人一人に応じた社会生活の支援，生活行動の改善により，ソーシャ ルネットワークを広げていく必要があると言える。地域に仲間や支援者がいることの必要性を 認識しながら支援体制を整えていくことが重要であると思われる。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Schizophrenic patients are often hospitalized for a long time and rehospitalized many times. This is due to a lack of ability in building relationships with society as well as the instability of the disease and a deterioration of daily living functions. In this study, we examined the relationship between schizophrenic people living in the community and society, the relationships between QOL and self-efficacy. There was a significant correlation between social relationships and self - efficacy. It is thought that strengthening relationships within society will lead to a raise in the sense of self-efficacy. Although there was no relationship between social relationships and subjective quality of life, relationships between selfefficacy and QOL were observed, so by improving relationships within society and raising the sense of self-efficacy, it seems that there will be an improvement of QOL. Regional support for mentally disabled people can be said to be necessary to expand social networks by supporting the social life of each person and improve social skills. It seems important to recognize the necessity of having fellows and supporters in the area patients live while preparing a support system. | |||||
