| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は，理学療法士養成校の学生における不安感を，学年間で比較し，学年ごとの特色と不安感を生じさせている要因を調べることで，その実態を明らかにすることである。対象は，4 年制大学の理学療法学科に在籍する1 年生から4 年生とし，アンケート調査により大学生活不安尺度（College Life Anxiety Scale; CLAS）を評価した。その結果，学生が大学生活において感じる不安は，1年生で単位取得や試験などの評価に関する不安が高く，学年が上がるにつれて大学の学部・学科に対する不適応に関する不安が高くなることがわかった。このことから，1年生に対しては，学生自身の学習方法に関する指導が重要であることが示唆された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to clarify the actual state of anxiety among students at a physical therapist training school by comparing anxiety among students about grades and examining the characteristics of each grade and the factors that cause anxiety. The subjects were first-year to fourth-year students enrolled in the physical therapy department of a four-year university, and the College Life Anxiety Scale (CLAS) was assessed through a questionnaire survey. The results of this study showed that students' anxiety about their college life was higher among first-year students in terms of evaluations such as credit acquisition and examinations, and was higher as their grades increased in terms of maladjustment to the university department and faculty. This suggests that it is important to provide first-year students with guidance on their learning methods. In addition, it was suggested that psychological follow-up before the clinical practice was also important for first-year students. | |||||
